Needless to say, I was overjoyed when Gary called to tell me I had serious offer only two days after the house was first listed. The prospective buyers also had a pre-approved loan and wanted to close the very next week. I could not believe my luck! Gary was able to get me the deal I wanted, and it was all done within two weeks. All I had to do was show up and sign papers. I particularly appreciated that because the new house I bought was not listed with a realtor, and the seller and I were almost overwhelmed with all the details.
