I
recently had the good fortune to select Gary Moss as my
Realtor when selling my home on Oak Creek Lane in
Knoxville. I did not know Gary personally but chose him
over several realtors recommended to me by friends
because he was able to sell a house down the street from
mine in just a matter of days. Time was definitely of
the essence because I had already purchased a new home
and could not afford the expense of two houses for very
long. My old home as in great need of updating, i.e.
carpet, appliances, wallpaper, etc., but I did not want
to invest in it further. I also had some problems with
noise and neglect of the property next door. Gary gave
me sound advice on pricing, dealing with my problem
neighbor, and tips on how to best prepare for showing my
home without incurring extra expense.
Needless
to say, I was overjoyed when Gary called to tell me I
had serious offer only two days after the house was
first listed. The prospective buyers also had a
pre-approved loan and wanted to close the very next
week. I could not believe my luck! Gary was able to get
me the deal I wanted, and it was all done within two
weeks. All I had to do was show up and sign papers. I
particularly appreciated that because the new house I
bought was not listed with a realtor, and the seller and
I were almost overwhelmed with all the details. I kept
asking Gary and his assistant, "What do I need to
be doing?" Than answer was, "Nothing, we have
it all covered." And they did! Closing went off
without a hitch.
I
can say without reservation that I would recommend Gary
Moss to anyone who wants to sell a house. He is a
professional in every way, and is certainly a legend Oak
Creek Lane.
